Yellow Bell Pepper (tiny triangles sautéed)

Broccoli Crown (pared down to small florets, blanched)
Smoked Ham Shank (diced, sautéed)
-- Olive Oil
Spanish Onion (diced, sautéed)
-- Olive Oil
Yukon Gold Potatoes (boiled, mashed)
-- Butter Tabs

Black Pepper [to taste]


Victuals Out of the Vapor

[Prepared in a Bamboo Steamer]

Savoy Cabbage (halved, cored, quartered,
     leaves separated, steamed on bottom layer, removed)
Oyster Mushrooms (stems trimmed,
     steamed on upper layer, removed)
Pork Butt (cut into trimmed steaks, steamed on bottom layer,
     sliced into strips, returned to steam)

Rice (cooked in a pot)
Green Onion (chopped)

Chili Oil/Soy Sauce (condiment mixture)
