Roast Soup with a Side of Roast

Filtered Water
Sea Salt
Fennel Bulb (quartered, boiled)
Fennel Stems (cleaned, sliced thin crosswise, boiled)
Angus Beef Top Round Roast Boneless (cut third cubed, boiled)

Vegetable and Meat (removed, cooled, minced/shredded)
Broth (strained through cheesecloth)
Butter Tabs
Vegetable and Meat (returned)

Brussels Sprouts (steamed, cooled, halved, sautéed briefly)
Cremini Mushrooms (sliced, sautéed briefly)
-- Olive Oil

Rice (cooked separately with)
Broth (ladled prior to returning vegetable and meat)

Roast [two thirds] (cut into steaks, broiled)
Drippings (spooned onto while meat is resting)
