Savoy Cabbage (quartered)

Ham Bone (pressure cooked with the above, removed)
Red Bliss Potatoes (boiled, cooled, diced large)
Bone Marrow (mushed, sautéed with above)


Weekender Delight

Sweet Potato (boiled, mashed, baked)
Butter Tabs (sliced thin)

Garlic Clove (roasted, mashed)
Bok Choy (steamed, cooled, bulb removed, leaves sautéed)
Arrowroot/Filtered Water/Olive Oil (whisked)

Pompano (steamed, spine lifted/removed, halved into fillets)
Lemon Juice (squeezed, drizzled)
