Morel Mushrooms (diced, sautéed)
Vidalia Onion (diced, sautéed)
Olive Oil/Filtered Water
Gala Apple (peeled, diced, sautéed)
Chicken Thigh (diced)
Frozen Peas
Lemon Juice (squeezed)

Rice
Feta Cheese
Black Sesame Oil


Definitely an Improvement, Perhaps

Chicken Stock (boiled, strained through cheesecloth)
Morel Mushrooms [dehydrated] (reconstituted)
Chicken Breast (steamed, torn)
Arrowroot
Black Sesame Oil
Braeburn Apple (peeled, cubed)
----------
Strained Chicken Stock
Rice (after cooked)
Purple Onion (diced)
Jarlsberg Cheese (cubed, stirred in, melted)

After eating a full bowl (or two) of the chicken stew, the cheesy onion-rice concept was ditched. The left over stew was refrigerated.

The very next day, a salad was made using the stew with the following items included:

Mayonnaise
Frozen Peas (defrosted)
Jarlsberg Cheese (cubed)
Green Leaf Lettuce (shredded)

Spicy Crispy Potato Chips
