Balsamic Vinegar (glugs)
Soy Sauce (glugs)
Steamed Water
Garlic Clove (minced)
[dredged meat, then baked--low heat]
Arrow Root
Basil Leaves (chopped)
[gravy for the meat when served]


Digestive Tract Stew

Big Button Cap Mushrooms (sliced thin, sautéed)
Olive Oil
Sea Salt Fine
Egg Noodles (boiled separately)
Sun-dried Tomatoes (soaked, chopped)
Wax Beans (snapped pieces parboiled)
Beef Tongue Mini-steaks (grilled, then cubed and cooked through)
Beef Tripe (cleaned, julienne, sautéed)
Olive Oil/Filtered Water
