Filtered Water (softens and thickens to gravy-like consistency)
Quince (peeled, cored, chopped, sautéed)
Olive Oil/Filtered Water
Raw Sugar (caramelized with quince)
Black Trumpet Mushrooms (rinsed, chilled overnight, diced)
Green Onion (chopped topping when serving)
