-- sprinkle throughout the dish

Leek (sliced) | Courgette [light green] (diced)
-- sauté separately in Olive Oil
-- place on top of chicken
-- disperse throughout the dish

Provolone Cheese (deli sliced thin)
-- blanket the dish
-- bake until the cheese takes form

Confection of the Sea

Baby Croissant (warmed, buttered)

Broccoli Florets (steamed)

Swai (baked)

Raw Sugar (scoop)
Fresh Lemon Juice (stir)
Mayonnaise (whip)
Mint Leaves (chop, mix)
Egg (whisk)
-- ladle a bit of sauce on top of fish before baking
-- under low heat, add corn starch to sauce, turn into gravy
