    -- pan-grilled to obtain crosshatch [foil removed]

B. Country Bliss Potatoes
    -- cut into pyramid eighths
    -- drizzled with Olive Oil
    -- sprinkled with Dried Basil
        [better if mixed in a gallon baggie]
    -- spread on a rimmed cookie sheet [no baggie]
    -- baked in a 400° oven, stirring occasionally, until crisp
