Noodle: semolina, rice four with starch, unbleached flour, cilantro-mint pesto

Pressure-Cooked Lamb [neck deboned]: sea salt, garlic clove (large, quartered), filtered water

Shiitake Caps: wide slivers boiled in lamb stock

Gravy: lamb stock, butter, arrow root, cilantro and mint (minced)


Something's Fishy

Sunflower Seeds
Sea Scallops (slats)
Mayonnaise (dollop)
Sesame Oil

Lettuce and Tomato


Wedging the Baked Round Loaf

Pancake Mix
Cayenne Powder
Egg, Milk, Lemon Juice
Cod (fillet cut, cooked)
Peas (frozen, warmed)
Sun Dried Tomatoes (moderately minced)
Scallion (chopped bulb and some stem)

Sour Cream (aside)
Carrot and Orange Cheese Sticks


Foodie Fugal

Vegetable Oil (to stir fry):
  -- Squid Rings (frozen, thawed)
  -- Lily Flower [re-hydrated]: water (filtered) boiling, rice vinegar, garlic clove
  -- Wheat Noodles
  -- Gravy: Stock (strained); Starch (tapioca); Juice (lemon)

As Needed:
  -- Soy Sauce
  -- Chili Oil
