California Steak (tenderized mega-medallions [medium rare])
Olive Oil
Celery (chopped)
Cantaloupe (diced, cooked)
Coriander (sprigs)
Habanero Chili Pepper (whole with stem)
Filtered Water
Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
Arrowroot

A Tempting Fate

Bitter Melon (sliced wide, sautéed)
Rice Wine Vinegar
Tilapia Fillets (sautéed)
Filtered Water
Black Noodle (wheat flour)
Caraway Seed (ground)

Soy Sauce (splashes)

Smoothing Over

Nectarine (without the stone, stewed)
Lemon (minus the seeds, boiled)
Filtered Water
Tofu (silken [in the blend])
Cranberry Sauce (canned [small])

Chef's Potato Amer-Gratin

Olive Oil
Dandelion (sautéed)
Pan-fried Chicken Dog (split down the middle, then cut in half)
Russet Burbank Potato (thickly sliced, crispy-soft)
Cheese Food (individual slices, wrapper removed)
