Fontal Cheese (softened, laid atop before folding)

Pan-Toasted Grain Bread
Coffee

Roasted Smoothie

Blended:

  • Pineapple
  • Roasted
    • Asparagus
    • Garlic
    • Red Pepper

Augmenting the Spread

Spread:

  • Water (filtered)
  • Nutmeg Seed (pestled)
  • Olive Oil
  • Eggplant (sautéed, mashed)
  • Sun Dried Tomato (reconstituted, diced)
  • Sardines (in water)
  • Anchovy
  • Goat Cheese (stirred)

Augmentations:

  • Crisp Bread
  • Roasted Long Hot Pepper
  • Goat Cheese (clumps)
  • Hard Boiled Egg (sliced cold)
  • Red Pepper (roasted)
  • Sweet Sausage (room temperature or less)
