Squishy Squash

  1. Food Process

    Butternut Squash (halved, baked 350°, 1 hour, skinned, mashed)
    Roasted Garlic (3 cloves flattened)
    Nutmeg (0.25 seed pestled)
    Ginger (fresh, minced)
    Tofu (silken, half block)

  2. Put into baking dish

  3. Yellow Squash (round moderate slivers atop)

  4. Bake at 400° until signs of dryness

Baked Oatmeal Cranberry Raisin Cooled

  1. Prepare in Pan

    Oatmeal
    Milk and Heavy Cream
    Lemon Juice
    Butter
    Flour (sifted)

  2. Sauté in Skillet

    Cranberries
    Raisins
    Olive Oil (sparingly)
    Filtered Water (for added moisture)

  3. Combine 2 with 1

    Baking Dish Buttered
    Oven at 400°
    Bake until sizzling-crispy
    Cool until sunken and hard
    Serve Squares
