Empirical Confusions

Seaweed Noodles

Filtered Water
Seaweed Slices
Veggie Noodles
Sweet Soy Sauce
Baby Mushrooms
Frozen Shrimp with Tails
Tiny Pieces of Garlic

Plum Sauce with Shrimp Stir Fry

Filtered Water
Plum (reduced to semiviscous)
Lite Soy Sauce (splash)

Rice
Rice Wine Vinegar
Water (filtered)

Rice (cooked)
Celery (diced)
Scallion Bulb (chopped)
Egg (beaten)
Sweet Soy Sauce (coating)
Shrimp (frozen/cleaned)
Sesame Oil (or cooking substitute)

Sesame Seeds (mix in fixing)

Mealtime:
  Stir Fry
  Plum Sauce
  Scallion Stems
    (fingernail-sized garnish)

Dipping Soup

Pork Shoulder
  (cubes flash fried for later)

Chicken Stock
Tofu (firm blocks)
Garlic (crushed)
Sea Salt (sprinkles)
Bok Choy

In the Bowl:
  Soup
  Flashed Pork

Dipping Side:
  Hot Chili Oil
  Lite Soy Sauce
