Bread Crumbs (plain)
Chicken Breast (sliced from side to side)
     -- Coat; deep fry lightly

Grape Tomatoes (uncut)
Cheese Blue (crumbled)
Lemon Juice (drizzle)

Note:

  • Opt in a dipping and/or dashing sauce.

  • Ingest at room temperature, or after a minute microwave to soften the tomatoes and cheese.

  • Have later as a snack--as cold as the fridge.
