Hot-Sour Paste (coating)

Plum (juicy, on the side)

Peach Ribbon Soup

Chicken Stock
Peach (peeled, pitted and reduced)
Tripe (ribbons)
Vidalia Onion (strings)
Rice Noodles
Ginger (shaved)

Louder Chowder

Water (filtered)
Sea Salt
Skate (braised, then fish out the bones)
Oyster Mushrooms (no stems)
Corn (frozen niblets)
Roast [separately]:
- red pepper (dice later)
- garlic clove (mash later)
- long hot peppers (as condiment)

Banana Coconut Cream Cutlet

Veal (escalope)
Olive Oil

Cream (heavy)
Coconut (shredded)
Banana (mushy)
Butter

Cherries [maraschino]
