Tomatillos (sautéed)
Chicken (quarters)
Peppers: Hungarian Sweet Wax
Filtered Water
Sea Salt
Flour
Olive Oil
As condiment: Paprika (dashes)


Tomatillo and Tomato Tripe Soup

BOIL
     Chicken Stock
     Sea Salt (gravel)
     Corriander Seed (to dust)
     Beef Tripe (stripes)
     Corn Chips (melted)

SOAK
     Tomatillo (quartered)
     Plum Tomato (halved wide slivers)

MEAL TIME
     Queso Blanco (slate cubes)
     White Onion (raw diced)
     Chili Powder (shake, shake)


Tomato Rice Soup with Shiitake

Grab Bag Tomatoes (puréed)
Fresh Parsley (minced)
Parsley Flakes
Sea Salt (several taps)

Chicken Stock
Brown Rice
Whiting (pieces)
Shiitake (diced)
Lemon Juice (squeezed)
