Chicken (cubed)
Pasta (bowtie miniatures)
Anise Seed (ground)
Raw Pine Nuts (paste)
Grated Parmesan [sprinkled occasionally]

Partly Rhubarb

Rhubarb (stalk minced, boiled to mush)
Chicken Quarter (in three parts)
Carrot (geometric blocks)
Shallot (shaved)
Arugala (stems removed, leaves remain)
[slow cooked in crock pot]

Here Fishy, Fungi

Fishy (flakey)
Filtered Water
Garlic Cloves (crushed)
Lemongrass (shaved slivers)
Fungi (coarsely chopped)
   - Black [Wood Ear]
   - White [Snow Fungus]
Ginseng (ground)
Bok Choy
Vegetable Noodles

Stir Dry Steamed Dinner

Celery (thick slices)
Pineapple (small pieces)
Garlic Clove (crushed and cut)
Chicken Breast (torn)
Cured Pork Strips (moderate slices)
Chicken Stock (shallow pool)
Soy Beans (dry roasted)

Lemongrass Dumpling Soup

Chicken Stock
Lemongrass Bulb
   (smashed, boiled, removed at end)
Garlic Cloves (ditto)
Mushrooms (quartered)
Shallot (cleaned, peeled)
Shrimp (precooked)
Filtered Water
Dumplings (coin-sized):
   - flour enriched
   - butter unsalted
   - milk 1%

Stewing with Grapes

Short Pork Ribs
Red Wine Vinegar
Olive Oil
Sea Salt (crystals)
Garlic (diced)
Shallot (slivers)
Cilantro (minced)
Green Olives (chopped coarsely)
Red Seedless Grapes (puréed)
Black-eyed Peas (prepared prior)
Corn ('moved off the cob)
