Piece Meal #4

Bathed Pork Ribs

Filtered Water
Sea Salt (ground)
Garlic Clove (minced)
Ginger (shaved)
Pork Short Ribs
     - bathed all night
     - next day
          -- broiled
          -- flash-fried

Pairings:
     - rice with basil (full leaf)
     - carrots with celery (3-D squares)
          -- sautéed in rice wine vinegar
              (semi-soft)
          -- refrigerate to chill

For Bathing:
     - coconut milk (arrowroot thickend)
     - hot chilies (crumbled)

Stir Fry Supper

Cook:
     - Rice
     - Sesame Seeds (toasted or not)
     - Filtered Water

Sautéed:
     - Broccoli (flourete)
     - Carrot (sticks)
     - Onion (slices)

Wok:
     - Tofu (smaller than bite size)
     - Shrimp (medium)
     - Sesame Oil
     - Water Puddle (filtered)

Basa Mustard in the Bowl
with Okra
and Veggie Noodles

Basa (fillet parts sautéed)
Mustard Oil
Filtered Water

Okra (rounds)
Lemon Juice
Olive Oil
Filtered Water

Veggie Noodles
Mustard Seeds (pestled)

Belly Up Big

Basil (fresh leaves)
Mushroom (button wide slices)
Olive Oil
Sun Dried Tomato (slivers)
Garlic Clove (large)
Tilapia (fillet pieces)
Lime Juice
Soy Sauce
Asian Egg Noodles
