Piece Meal #3

Indoor Picnic Salad

Plum Tomato (quartered slices)
Tuna Fish
Basil (chopped fresh)
Long Hot Pepper (roasted)
Scallion (bulb slivered)
Grated Parmesan (sprinkled)
Olive Oil (drizzle)
Crisp Bread (whole grain)

Rinsed Salad

Green Leaf Lettuce (chopped)
Vienna Sausage [chicken] or Hot Dog [turkey] or
Wieners [proper] (sliced)
Quince (cubed)
Swiss Cheese (grated)
Dressing (rinse)
     - Mayonnaise [two parts]
     - Gelatinous Chicken Stock [one part]
     - Capers (strained)

Catty Fish Soup

Cauliflower (flouretes)
Celery (thick cuts)
Shiitake Mushroom (cap slices)
Chicken Stock
Catfish (pieces)

Per Serving:
     - Heavy Cream (spoons)
     - Butter (tab)
     - Black Pepper (freshly ground)

Tender Basins with Dip and Chips

Basin:
     - Green Pepper
          -- halved and cored
          -- microwave until fleshy soft
     - Cheddar Cheese
        (melted sheets along basin)

Filler:
     - Avocado (mashed)
     - Turkey Bacon (bits)
     - Jalapeño (seedless, diced)
     - Cilantro (minced)
     - Lemon Juice

Side:
     - Corn Chips
