Tuna (canned in water, strained)
Pineapple (delighfully diced)
Mayonnaise (dry dollops)
Vinegar (red wine accent)
Swiss Cheese (mini-blocks for building)
Romaine Lettuce (chopped for bedding)
Pretzels (unsalted)

Pasta-Moderne

Spaghetti Squash
Garlic Clove (slivers)
Asparagus (segments)
Lemon (deltas, rind removed)
Basil (crumbled)
Mushroom (crimini cutlets)
Cheese (parmigiano)
Hot Pepper (flakes)

Soft Spreads

Butternut Squash (baked until squishy, refrigerated)
Tomato (heirloom pieces)
Cheese (french racellette, fingernail-sized)
Pear (bosch, nice diced slices)
Lemon Juice (sprits)

Watercress (herb puréed)
Multigrain Crisp Bread

Steak, Aye Matey

Corn Nibblettes
Ginger (pickled fresh, minced)
Ginger Juice
Cherry Pepper (sautéed softly)

Eye Steak
Worchester (dashed)

Sea Salt (ground)

Emmenthal (wedged)
