Egg (omelette)
Paté (wamred, only filling)
Plum Tomato (see-through slices)
Feta (pieces)
Chives (sprinkle)

Cream of Turkey-Shiitake Soup

Turkey Stock
Turkey Bits
Mushrooms Shiitake (caps sliver-cut)
Pickled Ginger (minced, some solution included)
Watercress (puréed leaves, stems discarded)
Light Cream
Butter
Arrowroot

Toasted Crusty Roll (with butter-spread)

Potato Button Pearl Soup

Potatoes (pealed, diced, boiled)
Button Mushrooms (havled)
Pearl Onions (quartered)
