Salad (red leaf lettuce, vine ripe tomato, dressing)

Olive Oil
Poblano Pepper (diced)
White Onion (diced)
Sweet Sausage (sautéed with casing removed)
Potato (peeled, cubed, crisp-fried)
Lemon Juice (squeezed)
Chili Powder (agitated)
Tomato Paste (scooped)

Flour Tortilla (warmed)
Cheddar Cheese (shaved)
Avocado (sliced)
Corn Chips (augmented)
