Technologically quick and easy,
Manually slow and simple--

Non-taxing time-taking
In the next ingestion--

Passing from hand-to-mouth
Moving from top to bottom,
Evading profundity,

The mechanics of food processing
Involves the nature of
The (efficient) mind over (edible) matter.

Shank Coriander Pork

Pork (shank)
Red Wine Vinegar (marinade)
Mushroom (button, whole)
Onion (slivers large)
Sea Salt
Tomato Paste
Coriander Seeds (mortared)
Hot Chillies (semi-dried)
Chili Powder (shakes few)
