Marinade

Is a good soaking better than being taken for a bath, I wonder as I wade in the tub reading. Both are idiomatic experiences of contranymic value from which to marinate.

Is marinading perfuming (a cosmetic infusion), or is marination a detoxification (a therapeutic cleansing)?

By metaphor!!!

Contemplation causes more confusion--or clarity.

Marinade

Indifferent flesh
That is categorically spiced
And/or eclectically soaked.

Meat massaged, then set
Aside to wade: to sit and wait.

Embalmed carnage--
An exclusive permeation,
A passive incorporation
For future encrustation--
Safely saving savory savoir-faire.
